Veterans push for increased access to marijuana – WHEC

According to the Albany Times Union, a group called The Veterans Cannabis Project launched a mobile video ad campaign Wednesday at the state Capitol.

They want lawmakers to expand access to medical marijuana as a treatment option for the state’s roughly 775,000 veterans, many of whom suffer from PTSD, chronic pain, insomnia and other war-related issues.
